Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Master Services Agreement between PS Beauty and you (the "Customer").

1. Definitions

"Controller", "Processor", "Data Subject", "Personal Data", and "Processing" shall have the meanings given to them in applicable Data Protection Laws.

2. Scope and Responsibility

PS Beauty shall process Personal Data only on behalf of the Customer and in accordance with Customer's documented instructions.

3. Security Measures

PS Beauty implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure.
